The Table
A circle of four to six women, meeting virtually, to walk into the New Year powerfully together.
By the second week of February, the planner you bought in December has become a beautiful object that lives in a drawer, and the word you chose for the year is one you can no longer remember. I say this with affection, and from experience. Most of us start a year with a set of intentions and a clear conscience, and most of us watch them thin out by spring, because we make them alone, at a kitchen table, in the quiet over the holidays, and then we return to a life that has not changed around us.
I want something different for you. I want you to walk into January knowing who you are underneath everything you manage, clear about what you are done carrying and what you are ready to go after, and steady in a way that does not depend on anyone’s approval.
I want you to have said your choices out loud to women who heard every word, who believe in you more than you may currently believe in yourself, and whose belief you can feel on the days that are hard.
I want you to know the particular relief of not doing this alone, and the courage that arrives with it, both soft and strong.
That is what The Table is for.
Four to six women, together for twelve weeks, reconnecting to who they are, resetting what no longer fits, reimagining what is possible and what comes next, and arranging their lives around the intentions and choices that come out of it.
They will each leave with a plan for living them, and a circle of women who are standing shoulder to shoulder with them.
Doing this together matters more to me than almost anything else.
A woman can reflect alone, and many of us have for years, in journals and on long drives and in the occasional good cry in the shower.
Reflection alone has a ceiling, because the people who could change the shape of our lives most are the ones we have learned not to say the real thing to. When a woman speaks her truth to a room of women who have no stake in her staying small, she often hears herself for the first time. She finds out that what she has carried privately, belongs to almost every woman at the table. And her choices, spoken out loud, stop being wishes and become commitments with witnesses.
It matters beyond the circle too.
When a woman changes her life, everyone around her feels it.
The world is not well served by the diminishment of women. We are living in a time that keeps asking women to take up less room, to be easier and quieter so that everyone else can stay comfortable, and I am furious about it.
Yet, I want my anger to be useful. So I have created The Table so that we can find our courage, our confidence and our voices together.
I will be at the table with you, as your guide and as a woman in the middle of her own unfolding. I do not have this figured out, and I would not trust anyone who claims to. I am heading into 2027 with a son about to marry, parents who are 85 and 90 and far from me, and a new husband, carrying anticipatory grief and new love at the same time, and I want what I am describing here for myself as much as I want it for you.
Playing it safe has a cost, and most of us pay it quietly, in the life we never let ourselves want fully.
I would love for you to begin this year differently.
Saying what you want out loud, to women who are glad you did, and going after it with all of them beside you.
There is a seat for you at The Table.
How the six sessions unfold
We move through the three foundations I have spent two decades mapping in women's lives. And we will inspire, empower and support one another to dream bigger and bolder that we would on our own.
Sessions are ninety minutes, held virtually, every other week across about twelve weeks.
Our first session is Jan 11, 2027.
Arrival. We arrive as we are, share what is true for us at this moment in time, and begin finding our way back to who we are underneath everything we manage.
The Power of Possibility. We give ourselves permission to want something fully, say it out loud, and discover how much becomes possible once we stop editing our own desires.
The Dance of Daily Life. We tell the truth about what this season of life is costing us, grieve what we have been carrying, and decide, with women beside us, what we are done carrying.
The Sacred Unknown. We stand in the not knowing and practice trusting what we cannot yet see, alongside women who are standing in it with us.
Intentions and Choices. The work turns from reflection to decision, and each woman writes the intentions and choices she will arrange her life around, clear enough to act on and aspirational enough to stretch into.
The Closing Ritual. We mark what we have done together, speak our choices out loud to the women who watched us arrive, and leave with a plan for the path forward that is built to hold when things get complicated and noisy.
What is included
Six ninety-minute virtual sessions with me and a circle of six to eight women
The same questionnaire for every woman, completed before we begin
My 2027 Inspiration & Aspiration Plan
A workbook for the circle, a place to keep what you uncover and document your journey
A closing ritual I design for your circle, and a plan for the path forward
Investment & Enrolment
The Table is small on purpose, because a circle larger than eight women turns into an audience. Enrollment is open for thirty days, from [open date] to [close date], and the circle runs with at least four women.
This is the first Table, offered at a founding rate held for the women in this circle, and when I open The Table again the investment will change. [Confirm: if fewer than four enroll, payment is returned in full.]
If you have a group of women you would rather do this with, write to me and we will talk about it.
You have made your plans alone before. This year, make them in a room.
Founding investment: $1,800 per woman, or three monthly payments of $600.
