The Conscious Curation of Your Life

Take a look around your life. What do you see?

Perhaps it has all played out exactly the way it was meant to be. You have the spouse, you have the house, and maybe you have a child or two.

Degrees, a career if you wanted (or not if you didn’t), PTA meetings, a seat on the board of the HOA. The i’s are all dotted, the t’s all crossed.

You are living a good life, right? But is “good” good enough?

Everyone in your life gets everything they need and more. And they are all “happy”, whatever that means.

What about you?

No, not the you that stays busy in the service of others but the real you.

The one that knows deep down that she wants more from this life.

The one that feels something stirring in her soul, quietly for now, but getting louder and harder to ignore every single day.

The one that is scared as hell to wake up one day and realize she traded her highest self for a life that was mediocre at best and severely lacking at worst.

The one that you are truly meant to be, not the one the world conditioned you to become.

I see you. Because I was you.

And I urge you to stop putting yourself off a single moment longer.

You are worth it. Let’s get started.

That nagging voice, that pull in your gut, that flutter that won’t settle? That’s your soul talking to you, my beautiful friend. And it’s time to listen.

Once upon a time you were a girl. Giddy, unstoppable, and thrilled. At some point you became a woman. You became educated, pursued a career, partnered up, and perhaps had some children along the way. Instead of being that woman, you picked up other labels. Wife. Partner. Mother. Friend. Leader. Volunteer.

And along the way, little pieces of you were given away until you realize that there isn’t much real you left. You forgot or lost sight of the fact that your primary responsibility in this world (in service of all those others that depend on you) is to that WOMAN who is whole, healthy, and joy filled.

I know it feels scary. Terrifying even. I know it’s so much easier to turn the cheek than to look in the mirror. I know that the simplest way to address that empty feeling inside is to keep that schedule full. I know because I have been there myself and coached countless women back to their truest selves.

Now is the time to reimagine what is possible.

I’m ready to reimagine.

Why now? What happens if you do nothing?

You may not feel angry….yet.

You may not be eating/drinking/shopping/whatevering too much…yet.

You may not be crying for no apparent reason all the time…yet.

You may not have done something that you are not proud of….yet.

But you will if you do nothing.

Joy, love, and fulfillment that you feel vibrating through your entire body is possible. Let me help you get there with 1:1 Unfolding.

Right now, you are wrapped around an identity not of your own making. You have shaped your life, meticulously and carefully, but completely unconsciously, around a deeply conditioned notion that your purpose is to be responsible for everyone else.

It’s time to open up, spread your soul wide open, and reveal the TRUE you that has been there all along. It’s time to Unfold.

Laura will love you unconditionally, cheer for you enthusiastically, and guide you certainly. She also won’t hesitate to tell you the real deal truths that your friends, sister, or mom won’t say. She will be your mentor and your mirror in 1:1 Unfolding.
