It's hard to believe that what was once a faraway vision is now coming to life!
My January retreat has only a few precious spots remaining, and the women who are meant to be with us are showing up with such beautiful synchronicity. The energy is already building, the magic is starting, and I can feel in my bones that this gathering will be extraordinary.
So I thought I'd give you a little sneak peek into what a day in the life of our time together might look like—because sometimes you need to feel the experience before you know it's calling your name.

Every morning begins with the gentle offering of fresh tropical fruit at 7:00, as if Costa Rica herself is welcoming you into a new day. Then comes the most sacred hour—an hour of collective quiet where we sit together in breathtaking beauty, each of us choosing how to connect with our deepest selves.
Some will meditate as the ocean sparkles in the distance. Others will pour their hearts onto journal pages. Some will simply breathe, perhaps for the first time in months, letting the sounds of the jungle and waves wash away the noise that's been drowning out their inner voice.
This is time for your soul to remember who she is beneath all the roles you play, all the expectations you carry, all the shoulds that have been running your life.
Morning: Nourishment in Every Sense
Once we're grounded in our truth, we'll gather for breakfast—not just any breakfast, but one lovingly prepared with local ingredients that nourish not just your body but your sense of being truly cared for.
Then comes an hour of pure freedom. Read by the infinity pool. Take a swim in the salt water that mirrors the endless ocean beyond. Explore the property's hidden corners. Enjoy each other's company. Or simply lie in a hammock and marvel at the fact that you chose yourself, you said yes, you're here.
This is what it feels like when you stop rushing toward the next thing and start being present to the beautiful thing that's right in front of you.
Sacred Circle: Where Magic Lives
At 11, we gather in sacred circle to do the work we're really here to do. This isn't about productivity or checking boxes—this is about getting crystal clear on what you truly want and sharing intimate time getting to know these incredible women who, like you, have said yes to their own transformation.
In this circle, we'll boldly explore what's possible when you stop playing small. We'll witness each other's courage. We'll hold space for dreams that have been hiding. We'll connect in ways that remind you what it feels like to be truly seen and understood.
By now, these women won't just be retreat companions—they'll be your sisters, your cheerleaders, your sacred witnesses.
Midday: Breaking Bread, Building Bonds
Lunch becomes a celebration—not just of incredible food, but of the connections we're forging and the courage we're all showing by being here. There's something magical about breaking bread with women who understand your journey, who celebrate your growth, who see your potential even when you can't.
Afternoon: Choose Your Own Adventure
Some afternoons are yours to design completely. Indulge in spa treatments that feel like prayers for your body. Take long walks on property that feeds your soul. Sink your toes in beach sand while letting the Pacific Ocean wash away whatever you're ready to release.
Kim and I will be available for individual coaching time—not because you need fixing, but because sometimes the most powerful breakthroughs happen in intimate conversation with someone who can see what you can't see for yourself yet.
Other afternoons, we'll adventure together—magical excursions to a secret beach that feels like it was made just for us, waterfall hikes that remind you of your own power and flow, cooking demonstrations that connect you to the rich culture surrounding us.
The intention isn't just transformation—it's also pure, unadulterated joy. Because when was the last time you were pampered, indulged, and celebrated just for being you?
Evening: Integration and Celebration
Some days we'll gather for one final hour in circle, integrating the day's discoveries and preparing for what's emerging. Other evenings are yours to relax together—sharing stories, laughing, marveling at how different you already feel.
Dinner concludes around 8 , but it's never just about the food. It's about the conversations that happen when women feel safe to be real, the laughter that bubbles up when you remember what joy feels like, the sense of belonging that comes from being witnessed and celebrated.
And then there are the special moments: the cacao ceremony that opens your heart wider than you thought possible, the fire ceremony on our final night where we'll make commitments to the woman you're becoming, the unexpected entertainment that reminds you life is meant to be FUN.
The Beautiful Balance
What makes this retreat truly unique is the balance we hold—you'll be invited to deepen your spiritual connection while simultaneously making concrete commitments that will shape what comes next. We honor both the mystical and the practical, both the dreaming and the doing.
